Summary

BetterRX is a growing software-as-a-service (SAAS) company in the healthcare industry looking for a QA Lead Engineer to join our Engineering Team! We are a people-obsessed company on a mission to end needless suffering caused by medication delays through innovative software solutions that connect every member of the patient’s care team. In this role, you will be an integral member of a development team building top notch software.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software testing strategy, manual and automated testing processes

• Work closely with DevOps and Engineers to achieve full CI/CD delivery pipeline 

• Lead/coach members of QA/QC 

• Ownership of quality

• Serve as a QA engineering member on our development (scrum) team

• Participate in code reviews and coach team members in following our coding standards

• Always be learning and improving

• Actively participate in refinement and technical meetings

• Take pride and ownership of your work. (I.E., Mom would put it on the refrigerator)

• Jump in and support team members where needed

Skill Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of testing experience

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Has developed a QA strategy from the ground up

• Has worked in a high functioning CI/CD pipeline

• Experience with functional, non-functional, regression, and performance testing

• Exceptional verbal and written communications

Other Requirements

• Ability to work 100% remote

• Travel for Company Summits

• BS Degree or equivalent experience
