Sales Operations Administrator

Reports To: Controller

Location: Remote

Position Type: Full-Time/Non-Exempt

 

Summary

BetterRX is a growing software-as-a-service (SAAS) company in the healthcare industry looking for a Sales Operations Administrator to join our Operations Team!

In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales/operations team and assisting in the execution of our sales operation’s initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team, optimizing processes, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our sales operations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information.

  • Create contracts in a timely manner, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure the timely turnaround of contracts.

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, managing travel arrangements, and assisting with budget.

  • Collaborate with sales management to identify areas for improvement and implement sales strategies accordingly.

  • Continuously evaluate and streamline sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance sales operations.

  • Ensure all sales-related documentation and contracts are complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and regulations.

  • Data uploads to EMR’s (Electronic Medical Records)

  • Setting up new client accounts and rates in our billing system.

Skill Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

  • Knowledge of sales processes and familiarity with sales metrics is a plus.

Other Requirements

  • 3-5 years in an Administrative or Operations Role

  • Ability to work 100% remote.

  • Ability to travel for internal company summits (twice annually)

  • Some college preferred
