Team Member Spotlight - Kat Gaddis

This month we are spotlighting Kat Gaddis, another of our wonderful Customer Success Managers here at BetterRX. She loves being able to work with hospices to help them get the most out of the platform. If you would like to learn more about Kat, read below!

1. How long have you been with BetterRX, and what do you do for the team?

I have been with BetterRX for 10 months, and I am a Client Success Manager. I support hospices and help them get the most from our platform.

2. What's your favorite part about working for BetterRX?

Working with a team that truly lives our core values, one of them being people obsessed. Everyone is focused on how we can help support the nurses and pharmacies so they can take care of their patients and families.

3. Tell us a little about you outside of work (family, pets, etc.).

I have a wonderful husband, Cal, and we have two labs, Nora and Summit. We love to travel, and most weekends, we are off camping somewhere. I love the outdoors and always want to be in the mountains. Our dogs love to swim, so in the summer, we’re usually hanging out at the lake or river.

4. If you could choose a superpower, what would it be?

I have always wanted to fly.

5. Describe yourself in three words.

Focused, curious, empathetic.

6. What's the best place you've ever traveled to?

I absolutely fell in love with Iceland.

7. What is your favorite quote?

If at first you don't succeed, try, try again.
