Backend Developer (Laravel)

Summary
BetterRX is looking for a Remote, full time, backend developer. Join our team in providing healthcare solutions that are altering the pharmacy software space. Help us shape this greenfield project from the ground up. You will be working alongside a UX designer and a frontend developer. Candidate must have 3-4 years crafting web applications with PHP MVC frameworks similar to Laravel.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate and provide ideas
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
- Assume ownership of code from planning to production
- Create and maintain software documentation
- Identify, troubleshoot, and debug defects in code and related systems
Skill Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of programming experience
- PHP Laravel
- GIT
- vue.js is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of data structures
- Huge bonus points for healthcare industry experience
Other Requirements
- Ability to work 100% remote
- BS Degree or equivalent experience
