Product Manager

Compensation: $100k - $140k
BetterRX is a growing software-as-a-service (SaaS) company in the healthcare industry seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic Product Team! Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in developing a user-centric product strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Maintain and prioritize a product backlog that reflects user needs and company objectives.
- Define and track key product performance metrics to inform data-driven product improvements.
- Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to support efficient development.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to align on priorities and execution.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to ensure user-centric product decisions.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Adapt and respond to changing priorities to maintain product relevance and user satisfaction.
Skill Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment.
- Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into product roadmaps and deliverables.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to inform and guide product decisions.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting user research and gathering insights to shape product direction.
- Familiarity with defining and tracking key product metrics to assess success and inform future iterations.
- Ability to effectively prioritize features and manage product backlogs in alignment with business goals.
- Proficiency in writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that enable seamless development.
- Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Shortcut.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with a history of working across engineering, design, and business teams.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining focus on long-term goals.
- Preferred Experience: Prior experience in healthcare technology and start-up or fast-growth environments.

- Ability to work 100% remote
- Ability to travel for internal company summits (twice annually) and product summits (twice annually)
