Account Based Marketing Specialist

Reports To: VP of Marketing

Location: Remote / USA

Position Type: Full-Time/Non-Exempt

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + Performance bonus

We’re building a category-defining company in a complex, high-impact space. Traditional PBMs profit from volume and markups. We don’t. Instead, we’ve built a modern, transparent model that actually works for hospices — and we need the right storyteller to help us bring it to life with the people who matter most.

 

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a driven, empathetic, and creative ABM Specialist to help us genuinely connect with our most strategic enterprise hospice accounts. You’ll play a central role in educating the market, elevating our brand, and enabling sales with personalized, thoughtful outreach that stands out — not just because it’s clever, but because it’s relevant, respectful, and real.

This is a unique opportunity to build a best-in-class ABM program from the ground up, inside a growing B2B healthtech company with long sales cycles, high ACVs, and deep mission alignment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Targeting & Segmentation

    • Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify and prioritize target accounts
    • Build and refine an account tiering system to align resources with opportunity potential
    • Understand hospice market dynamics to inform account-level strategy

    Campaign Execution

    • Plan and execute personalized, insight-driven campaigns across email, direct mail, LinkedIn, and events
    • Own pre- and post-conference ABM follow-up strategies to keep relationships warm
    • Partner with content and creative teams to develop bespoke landing pages, videos, and assets

    Sales Alignment

    • Act as a bridge between sales and marketing — delivering research, custom assets, and messaging guidance
    • Help reps pursue opportunities with empathy, value, and confidence through custom 1:1 plays

    Measurement & Optimization

    • Track account engagement, pipeline acceleration, and influenced revenue
    • Build ABM dashboards and analyze campaign performance to guide iteration

    Tech & Tools

    • Operate within HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and related ABM tools (e.g., RollWorks, Mutiny, Postal.io)
    • Continuously explore emerging tools to enhance personalization and engagement

Skill Requirements

  • 2–4 years in B2B marketing, demand generation, SDR/BDR, or sales enablement roles
  • A strategic thinker who loves getting into the details of execution
  • Strong writer and communicator with a talent for crafting relevant messaging
  • Ability to understand complex buyer journeys and match campaigns to real buyer pain
  • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or other long-cycle B2B industries is a bonus
  • Empathy, curiosity, and a genuine interest in making a difference in end-of-life care

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work 100% remote in quiet home office with reliable, high-speed Internet access.
  • Ability to travel for internal company retreats (twice annually)
