Product Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to turn our pharmacy technology into compelling narratives that clearly differentiate BetterRX from traditional PBMs. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic positioning, persona-driven storytelling, and cross-functional GTM orchestration. You’ll partner closely with Product and Marketing leadership to ensure that every product launch not only lands but converts. Your work will help our sales team win by proving why a modern hospice pharmacy model matters more than ever.

You're a storyteller, orchestrator, and enabler who is driven to make products succeed not just by building the right things, but by ensuring the world knows why they matter. You see the big picture but aren't afraid to write the one-pager, lead the sales training, or run the GTM kickoff.
You love translating user insight into strategic messaging. You sweat the details because the difference between “we help hospices save on medication costs” and “we reduce cost-per-patient-day by 17% in the first 90 days” matters to you. Primary Responsibilities
- Strategic Positioning & Product Readiness
- Craft positioning and messaging frameworks that resonate with key personas
- Partner with Product to translate discovery insights into launch narratives and market-ready messaging
- Lead GTM planning and execution for new features and product initiatives
- Develop naming, packaging, and storytelling strategies that clarify and differentiate
- Sales & Partnership Enablement
- Build sales tools including pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, objection-handling guides
- Create partner enablement kits that make co-marketing fast and effective
- Deliver internal sales trainings and support onboarding with repeatable messaging
- Cross-Functional GTM Orchestration
- Act as the connective tissue between product, marketing, CX, and sales
- Ensure internal alignment through GTM briefs, messaging syncs, and feedback loops
- Collaborate with Marketing to launch persona-informed campaigns
Skill Requirements
- 4–7 years in product marketing, GTM strategy, or sales enablement ideally in SaaS or B2B healthcare tech
- Proven ability to craft compelling messaging from user and market insights
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and CX
- Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Comfort in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments
- Bonus: experience in healthcare

- Ability to travel for internal company summits (twice annually) and product summits (twice annually)
