BetterRX is a growing software-as-a-service (SAAS) company in the healthcare industry looking for a Client Success Manager to join our Client Experience Team! We are a customer-centric company that works hard to build loyal clients and employees in a fun and fast paced environment.


Primary Responsibilities
  • Ensure client retention of assigned accounts by developing relationship with decision makers, monitoring health, and ensuring the success of each assigned client (post-contract execution).
  • Assist Client Experience Director with enhancing the experience of all clients through their lifecycle, including onboarding, ongoing support and relationship management, and offboarding.
  • Prepare and present quarterly strategy reviews to decision makers either in person or remotely.
  • Successfully train client staff on our services and software, typically onsite.
  • Provide second tier support for client questions, including on-call (1-2 nights per week).
  • Support the Client Experience Team Director with establishing, meeting, and exceeding client metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.

Energetic, organized, meticulous follow up, excellent communication skills, ability to build lasting relationships with various personality types, ability to probe deep to identify concerns, excellent writing skills, comfortable speaking in front of clients, strong ability to problem solve, easily approachable, professional and calm in working with difficult or upset clients, strong presentation skills, Self-driven and motivated with a desire to succeed in a fast-paced, changing environment, proficient with MS Office. (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Up to 40% travel
  • BS Degree or equivalent experience
