Summary
BetterRX is a growing software-as-a-service (SAAS) healthcare company seeking a Digital Demand Generation Specialist.
In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive demand-generation strategies to attract, engage, and convert potential customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to develop and implement effective campaigns that maximize lead generation and accelerate sales pipeline velocity.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute demand-generation strategies that align with the company's overall marketing objectives and revenue goals

Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns to generate demand across multiple channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, social media, events, and more

Implement account-based marketing tactics to drive engagement and conversion among target accounts

Utilize marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track and measure the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling and targeted content to support demand generation initiatives, including blog posts, white-papers, case studies, videos, and webinars
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the healthcare SaaS industry
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, including key metrics, trends, and recommendations for optimization
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing and sales efforts, ensuring smooth lead handoff and driving higher conversion rates
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the healthcare landscape to drive innovative demand-generation strategies
Skill Requirements

Deep understanding of account-based marketing tactics and their application in B2B marketing

Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns across various channels, including digital, content, and events

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to draw actionable insights and optimize campaign performance

Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a strategic mindset and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
- Passion for healthcare technology and a keen interest in staying abreast of industry trends and advancements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization
Other Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

Proven experience (5+ years) in demand generation and marketing roles, preferably within the healthcare SaaS industry

Ability to travel for internal company retreats (twice annually)
