In-House Recruiter

Reports To: CFO

Location: Remote / USA

Position Type: Full-Time/Regular

 

Summary

BetterRX is a growing software-as-a-service (SAAS) company in the healthcare industry looking for an In-House Recruiter to join our team! We are a people-obsessed company on a mission to end needless suffering caused by medication delays through innovative software solutions that connect every member of the patient’s care team. In this role, you will be an integral team member helping to build a top-notch team working directly with the leadership team.

You are known as a team player who can work independently, a strategic thinker, and an executor. You have a gift for sourcing, interviewing and building out a team of A players.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to build out job descriptions and Topgrading scorecards 

  • Source candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn)

  • Screen applicants and select qualified candidates  

  • Communicate and schedule interviews with candidates

  • Interview candidates during various stages, including phone screen, 1-hour, and 2-hour Topgrading interviews

  • Analyze turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs

  • Identify and recommend salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Skill Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of Recruiter experience

  • Solid understanding of full cycle recruiting process

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics

  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles (e.g., account management, sales, executive roles

  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment

  • Ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Familiar with Topgrading hiring process (preferred)Other Requirements
