Enterprise Sales Executive

Reports To: CRO

Location: Remote / USA

Position Type: Full-Time/Exempt

Salary:  $100,000-$150,000 Base Salary, On Target Earnings with Commission expected to be $220,000-$400,000.

Our Company is a growing software-as-a-service (SAAS) company in the healthcare industry looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive to join our Sales Team!

In this highly visible role, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing high-value deals with enterprise-level clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their unique business challenges, and presenting tailored solutions to meet their needs. Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential enterprise-level clients through research, networking, and industry events to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Initiate contact with key decision-makers, build rapport, and conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and pain points.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that align with the client's goals and address their specific challenges.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close high-value deals while ensuring the terms are favorable to both the client and the company.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide insights to clients and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, diligently keep HubSpot (CRM) up to date, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasts.

Skill Requirements

  • Strong understanding of enterprise-level client needs and the ability to tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

 

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA a plus).
  • Proven track record of 5 plus years of successful sales experience, including at least 3 years of enterprise sales.
  • Ability to work 100% remote
  • Up to 50% travel
  • Ability to travel for internal company summit (twice Enterannually)
