Team Member Spotlight - Emily Hemming

On this month's Team Member Monday, we are spotlighting Emily Hemming, who is one of our fabulous Client Success Managers here at BetterRX. She's a pro at helping hospices maximize the BetterRX platform so that patients are well taken care of. If you’d like to learn more about Emily, read below!

1. How long have you been with BetterRX, and what do you do for the team?

I’ve been with the team for 4 years now as a Client Success Manager.

2. What's your favorite part about working for BetterRX?

I love helping hospices maximize tools in BetterRX to provide the best care possible for their patients.

3. Tell us a little about you outside of work (family, pets, etc.).

I have a husband and 4 daughters! I've added three sons-in-laws to the bunch over the last few years and have turned into a true Southerner after calling NC home for the last 18 years.

4. What's the best place you've ever traveled to?

Kenya

5. Describe yourself in three words.

Focused, curious, empathetic

6. What's the best advice you have ever received?

Learn to love what must be done.

7. What motivates/inspires you?

I love trying to find a solution to a challenge and finding ways to ease someone's burden that day.
