Team Member Spotlight - Kasey Gregory

This month, we are featuring Kasey Gregory, one of our compassionate Customer Success Managers at BetterRX. Kasey is a valuable resource for hospices and ensures they always have what they need. Learn more about Kasey below.

1. How long have you been with BetterRX, and what do you do for the team?

I joined the WONDERFUL team at BetterRX in January 2023 as a Client Success Manager. My role is to be a resource for our hospice agencies and make sure they have what they need for their agency and their patients.

2. What's your favorite part about working for BetterRX?

First is our supportive and mission-focused team. Secondly, knowing I play a part in ensuring a peaceful and dignified end-of-life journey for our patients.

3. Tell us a little about you outside of work (family, pets, etc.).

I've been married to Josh for almost 15 years and we have two amazing kids, Brennan & Charlie. We live in the country and have 4 dogs (one is my husband's police K9), three donkeys, and visiting goats from the neighboring farm. My favorite thing to do is attend rock/metal concerts! I am also the Head Archery Coach at our local Elementary School.

4. If you could choose a superpower, what would it be?

Teleportation - travel would be easy, free, and less time consuming!

5. What is the best place you've ever traveled to?

I was able to take my mother to Key West two months before she lost her battle with Breast Cancer. We enjoyed our girls trip and spending time with each other. The highlight of this trip was parasailing, even though I am afraid of heights. I will treasure that trip and the memories made forever.

6. Describe yourself in three words.

Compassionate, Intuitive, Observant.
