Team Member Spotlight - Sterling Mateer

On this month's Team Member Monday, we are spotlighting Sterling Mateer, one of our Client Success Managers who has been with the BetterRX team for almost 4 years. His positive outlook and ability to problem-solve for clients make him a joy to work with. If you’d like to learn more about Sterling, read below!

1. How long have you been with BetterRX, and what do you do for the team?

I have been with BetterRX for almost 4 years and work on the Client Success Team. I work directly with clients building relationships and assisting in their success utilizing our software.

2. Can you tell us about yourself outside of work (family, pets, etc.)?

I enjoy spending time with my family. My wife and my two daughters keep life fun. We enjoy walks as a family with our miniature golden doodle. I also enjoy cooking, taking care of my indoor plants, doing DIY projects around the house, and working on cars. I love traveling. My favorite part of traveling is trying new restaurants and different foods.

3. What is your favorite quote?

From Ted Lasso, “Be curious, not judgmental.”

4. What's your favorite meal?

I enjoy Thai food or Indian food.

5. What is the best place you've ever traveled to?

Ireland and Scotland.

6. Why do you love working for BetterRX?

One of my favorite parts of working for BetterRX is the relationships we build with our clients. I enjoy helping them utilize our software to provide better patient care. We have an incredible team that works together for the success of our clients.
